Before Your Visit
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect other clients' time.
Refills & Maintenance
Lash refills should be booked every 2-3 weeks. Nail fills every 2-3 weeks for acrylics, 3-4 weeks for Gel-X and BIAB. Late refills may require a full set.
Health & Safety
We use hospital-grade sterilization on all tools. All products are from licensed professional brands. We carry HEMA-free options for sensitive clients.
